Alright where to start. I’ve lived in one of their properties for almost three years. The location is the only reason I have stayed here so long! The maintenance team’s request are handled promptly. Even if the problem is just bandaged. Management? Not so much. No one is ever in the office. You can’t get them on the phone. No one responds to messages it’s just awful. Hannah Nichols is the most unprofessional realtor I have ever had experience with! She was supposed to show us an apartment.. said she was “on her way” when we text her telling her we had arrived to the property (we were on time and she was running late) only to tell us THIRTY MINUTES LATER that her assistant would be coming instead.
