Lofty Pursuits has failed to ship my order, and has failed to contact me to resolve the situation. They don't return emails, and I can't leave a voice mail on their phone. I thought it would be fun to get some victorian candy for my family, but this has been disturbing. The least they could do is return my emails and refund my money when I asked.
The champagne sorbet was delicious! I haven't made it in for breakfast or lunch, but it's definitely on my to do list!!
Lofty Pursuits has been a favorite of my families for years so we were excited to go to the new location. We were very disappointed, the service was surly, the soda counter was dirty, staff was using it to pack bags of candy. Very sad our charming ice cream shop has lost its unique vibe.

I placed an order on December 16, it is December 28 and I still have not received my order. I wrote an email asking for an update on my candy and haven't received a response. My fiance was so excited about trying this candy and every day I look for the package in the mail but instead I have to give disappointing news to my fiance. I am highly disappointed with this company and this will be my last time purchasing.
