This is a great place to live. It's so convenient, I can walk to target(Starbucks in it), tj maxx, gators dockside, nail salon, massage envy, and hair salon, etc. It's right near Orlando regional if you happen to work there. The staff really make it even better especially Stephanie who has helped me a lot. Juan from maintenance has gone above and beyond for me(he is AMAZING), and they are timely in all requests. I've lived here for 15 months and I really enjoy it.

I've lived all over Orlando and this is by far my favorite spot. There are so many conveniences such as being able to walk to Target and many restaurants, being so close to downtown ($7 Uber!), and Wadeview park is just a few blocks away. The amenities are excellent. The pool area and gym are incredible and complimentary Starbucks is a very nice perk.
