Living here has been amazing! The staff is so helpful, the maintenance team goes above and beyond, they even put my new shower head up and I didn't even ask! There is lots of parking unlike the last place I was living. The property is always clean, and there is really no reason to leave home! �
I have lived in The Lofts at SODO for 4 years now. Melissa and the rest of the staff at the office they are amazing .also it is great location to shopping and dining. If you are looking for a home please call them. Thanks Melissa and the rest of the staff for all your help.

I have lived in the lofts since August 2016 and absolutely love it! The convenience of being able to walk downstairs and go to dinner at Gators, Flippers, SoDo Sushi or Colibri is just awesome! Plus the Super Target is right there, so grocery shopping is so easy. We literally forget where we park the car because we never leave! The apartments themselves are beautiful and they have great floor plans to choose from. The office staff is always so friendly and are on top of it, especially Robin and Stephanie! Love it here!

Moved into The Lofts at SoDo back in December! There's nothing not to love about this place. Target, 24 hour Fitness, Gator's Dockside, and more all within the complex itself. The convenience here is unmatched. Everyone in the office along with the maintenance staff are great. Residents are also pretty friendly too. Can't wait for the next Taco Tuesday! 😁

The place is a nice, clean and safe to live in HOWEVER the rent is beyond me. Looking for a lifestyle with good amenities this is the place.
Love love love The Lofts at SoDo great community. Beautiful areas. Could not ask for a better management and maintenance team! Love it!
