When it rains hard, it gets flooded at the entrance (About a foot deep). Lots of crazy homeless roaming around, one threw a punch at me just for the heck of it. Traffic during peak hours is a nightmare, same when you're back from grocery shopping, gotta park on the street, take a cart, rush up and pray the elevators work LOL (Elevators can breakdown sometimes all at the same time, so if you live on the 30th floor gotta walk upstairs).
