Best service I've experienced at a hotel! Every single employee seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and everyone was so extremely helpful. I dropped my phone in a puddle getting out of a car and they got me plenty of rice as well as a perfect sized box to set my phone in. My phone still works and I really owe it to your staff! Thank you all for a wonderful stay. Will definitely recommend. �
My friend made a reservation for this hotel and we are changing our date of travel but they will don't let us cancel our reservations even though we are giving the hotel 7weeks notice and it was not booked at a special rate. I don't understand why we can not cancel without penalties.
Wonderful hotel! Great location. Clean room and quite possibly one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on! The staff at front desk very friendly. My favorite Hotel in Nola by far. I would definitely chose this hotel again.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel...great service and employees...room was beautiful and comfy with a great view of Harrah's Casino...awesome wifi...will definitely come again!
