Clean spacious room, extremely attentive staff and the perfect location make this a place where I look forward to staying in the future.

Beautiful view of the city, yet I don't see where the 4 stars come in. Balance spa pool had rust at the bottom. The hot tub was out of service. If you needed a mini fridge(it's NOT included in your room) it's an additional $20 per night! Not to mention no vending, microwave, in hotel store or complimentary breakfast offered. The internet(Wi-Fi) was free, yet if you wanted to download or stream live video, you were prompted to pay an additional $14.99 per night! Not to mention the $75 per night for incidentals... Excellent hotel just a block or two from one my local offices. My wife and I found our go to hotel for business trips. Hotel Staff and Valet Crew were excellent.
Do not really know what is going on. 3 hrs in the lobby waiting for the room and all they can tell me is we got here early and check in was at 4. Does that really make it right for us to wait 3 hrs?! Oh and we still haven't got a room.
Sugar Bowl Fail. Three hours and still waiting for a room. How the hell is a premium hotel not prepared for guests to check in before a major event?
So very disappointed in this hotel. Booked a room weeks ago, get here at 3 because that's what time Expedia said check in was...told it wasn't actually until 4 and here it is 4:46 and we still don't have a room. Sitting in the lobby for 2 hours and getting ready for an event in the bathroom is uncalled for!!
