Great hotel at a great location. I'm having a family reunion this summer and plan to call to get rates soon.
Great hotel. My family and I enjoy the amenities and the staff. We make it a point to stay here at least once a year.
Great hotel! Perfect location! Excellent service! Fantastic view of the river! We only had towels for 1 person and called Guest Services for 2 additional sets, they were knocking on our door within 5 minutes with more. Guest Services called about 10 minutes later to check and see if we received our additional towels. Parking is a little pricey but I guess it's worth it. I called for our car before leaving our room and our car was waiting for us by the time we made it downstairs.
I'm visiting for the Thanksgiving holidays and I LOVE the service. I arrived in town very early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in. The customer service is phenomenal and very much appreciated. I called in advance with questions and the concierge was very helpful! SO far I'm very pleased...
We had the most wonderful experience at this hotel! We had our wedding yesterday and they made sure to take care of us. Caroline and all the other staff who helped arranged our day, was so great and made sure we had the best treatment. Thank y'all so much for making our weekend so much more special!!
