My daughter took (her insurance company towed it because it wasn't drivable) her can in for what she thought was a warranty issue (5+ weeks ago). After 4 hours they called and told her that a rabbit had chewed through her "sub harness" which is basically a secondary harness to the main wiring harness, and obviously this isn't a warranty issue. You were paid to fix a problem that would take an hour to do and kept car for 3 Days and still didn't fix the simple issue! When check engine light came back on as leaving parking lot car was returned and you then attempted to lie your way out of it and con more $ for what you had already been paid to do!!! When asked on multiple occasions to explain what you had done your lies just continued.
