So I moved here in April, its a wonderful community the problem now, its water bill for1stNov. $500.00 then Dec 1st $200.00 and the water company which is not even in Ga. dont have an office in the state tells me my bills before was estimated and since they have installed a new meter that that"s the amount of water i have used.Nothing has changed in my way of life since i have moved here. Definately will not be staying here I will be working just to pay these people.
Well we have lived here for a week and enjoy already! Its quiet, staff is very helpful and the Lodge has a great setting right off the Chattahoochee. I recommend this complex to anyone that has the chance and opportunity to live here. We cannot wait to enjoy our year and then some.
My fiancé and I love it here! People are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They are quick to fix any problems without hesitation. The staff is superb. I have already referred several friends to come join this awesome place!
