Used to love living here until Aimco sold the property to Mission Rock, nice pond we have here that’s been like this for over a month. With the weather warming up, id like to grill out by the pool with friends and neighbors
RecommendedThis is a lovely place to live. I have been here about 3 years and have not regretted moving here one bit. I wasn't sure I would like apartment living having been in single family dwellings for the better part of nearly 40 years, but the staff and neighbors have made it feel more like home than anywhere I have lived in the Atlanta area. We have a book club that is just great, and walking along the river, day or night, is so relaxing, not to mention the wonderful friends I have made here. It is home.
Love love love living here!!! People are great, community is great, neighbors are great, staff is great, and the environment is great!! 5 stars for sure!!
The location is amazing! I love the amenities they offer. Everyone I have met so far has been really great :) I've had a few issues with the washer and dryer and dishwasher not being hooked up correctly. I haven't called maintenance as of yet. So hopefully that will not be an issue. I've loved everything else so far.
I’ve lived at The Lodge on the Chattahoochee for years. It’s the most beautiful place: the river is outside my door, the floating dock is where I have my meals and enjoy peace, the greenery and trails are all the benefits of being surrounded by the Chattahoochee National Recreational Area, and the saltwater pool is such a treat! the Lodge on the Chattahoochee is a hidden GEM! My husband and I were ecstatic to find this spot in the midst of needed quick move. We worked with Gabby who is a ball of SUNSHINE! She made us feel completely at ease, excited about the amenities, and the people that live here. Everyone is super friendly, quiet and a blast at the pool. The previous tenants of our apartment had been there for EIGHT years. That should tell you all you need to know. We're excited about out future of living here!

We love living at the Lodge. It’s a beautiful community right on the Chattahoochee river. We use the dog park daily and have fun talking to the residents. The sand volleyball court is amazing as well. Our apartment is spacious and really pretty. So far we have enjoyed our time here!
Just move in and I'm love it , the office help us in every way and make is feel welcome if call maintenance to fix little things and they come quickly, I already talk to few friends that are looking for place to live, I still close to the city but if need to relax and take a break in a few step I have the Chattahoochee River just there. So yes I'm Happy in my new home
