I love living here. I just re-signed my 15 month lease in my 1 bedroom apartment and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The apartment is large (about 1000 sf) with a huge deck and fireplace, community is kept up (pool is now salt water, added new equipment to gym, built dog park), maintenance team is attentive, and I have the best neighbors ever. Very happy with the community and would recommend it to anyone.
If it's not one thing, it's another!! So far, this week, the water has been turned off twice and power once!! At least every month the power is turned off for hours, and not to mention, they turn off the water more times then I would like to count! They say the give us notice, but the email notices always come after the water has been turned off!! Also, our AC was leaking and when they arrived they asked us to put a fan in the laundry, since there is so much water underneath the hardwood floors. Our laundry room now smells l... read more
Power goes out once a month . Water has been shut off multiple times for hours.. While doing maintenance on the unit above us, workers caused A sewage leak through the ceiling ! When I called the emergency number they asked us to go and turn off the water in the upstairs unit! It's always something ..! Don't bother to call maintenance because they tend to blame everything on the tenet! The shower is literally peeling away and they're blaming it on a anti slip Mat?! What a joke!
I love living at the lodge. Great community, great location, and great variety and quality in the spaces available. Also affordable for what you get!

So I have sent emails, made several phones, and have left voicemails about the upkeep of the gym facility and not a single person has gotten back to me. This also happened last year and had to reach out to the Vice President of Aimco in the distract to have someone get back to me. The gym, again, has equipment that does not work or work properly, equipment and floor are dirty, the cleaning wipes have been nonexistent for up to three weeks, and the container is falling off the wall. Beautiful place...loved going there and coaching my peeps "back in the day!"
We have lived here for almost a month and love it. We did have some issues-Leaves that had accumulated. Spoke with the office, they checked out my concerns, and within 4 days,the Landscape Company was out here. They cleaned up the issue and removed a ton ! The kitchen faucet had a singing noise due to a bad diverter-New faucet ! The front door peephole was great for my Husband who is 6'2"-but I am 5'3".
