I've been here three months and this is hands-down one of the nicest apartments I've ever lived in. The layout and fixtures are top-notch, and the amenities and location are excellent. The Madison apartment market is super competitive, especially if you're looking for something close to campus but not primarily filled with students. I couldn't be happier.
We have only been living here about two weeks but we have been very happy so far. The building is in excellent condition and beautifully landscaped. The location is perfect for biking or bussing to UW. All of the office staff have been wonderful, immediately learning our names and getting to know us. Other residents have been very friendly and quiet. There is a good mix of singles, couples, and families of all ages. Top notch facility with wonderful staff! Everyone is incredibly personable, understanding, and welcoming! I would highly recommend anyone, any age, young professional or family, to The Lodge.
