They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance!
The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They didn't display their qualifications. I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Was this dentist friendly? Friendly Enough
Was the waiting area spacious? No, multiple people had to stand Was this provider friendly? Absolutely Not! Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? No, I couldn't wait to get out of it Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need
