Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? No, it made me doubt their abilities Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Kind of, it was bearable but I was in pain

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I had to leave I was so distressed

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Somewhat, but they aren't very respected Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure

Yes Would you recommend this dentist to others? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Sometimes, a little too often

No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, their staff isn't organized at all Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne
