Will this Dentist try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Not really Was the Dentist able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Somewhat Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? Yes Was the office accommodating when booking an appointment? Not really Was the provider's staff welcoming to you? No

Was this dentist friendly? Yes Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Would you recommend this dentist to others? Absolutely Not Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience

Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive. Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? No, it didn't taste good at all Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? No, I had to pay for parking! Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located
