Named after the barbecue capital of Texas, Lockhart's BBQ serves up what they call "Detroit-style" barbecue, pulling their favorite aspects of all the different great BBQ regions and combining them into one. The menu has all your BBQ favorites like ribs, smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, smoked sausage and ham and more. Wow...l loved it...food was incredible. Service was much above average. Karen handled our crazy crowd as a pro. Would definitely recommend this place!!!
Food was absolutely perfect. A delicate balance o f sweet and spicy with the free range chicken, My pulled pork and hush puppies were amazing and slightly reminding me of my childhood of when my grandmother would make them for me, and the pulled pork was the kicker for Me. Slow cooked with an authentic finish. True BBQ is known by never having to use sauces, and I never Reached for it. Absolutely Amazing! Special thank you to - Dave Ruby PitMaster of lockhart's BBQ. The wait staff to every bite of food was excellent. I need a BLT with that bacon from the app. If some crazy lady comes in and orders that you will know it is me!!!! Maybe with a light wasabi aioli
