Named after the barbecue capital of Texas, Lockhart's BBQ serves up what they call "Detroit-style" barbecue, pulling their favorite aspects of all the different great BBQ regions and combining them into one. My friends & I enjoyed our meal, and wait staff was friendly and accommodating. Next time I visit Motown, I'm heading back to Lockhart's!

we travel over an hour every year just to see this santa. i had smoked brisket mess and just like every year it was great. friendly staff and good service

It was a great little place to meet, however everything, from the bloody mary to the pickles was blazing hot. Now the macaroni and cheese was amazing comfort food

The service was excellent! However the food not so much . I ordered the two meat combo , pulled pork and brisket . Both meats were extremely dry the brisket was like jerky . The sides were amazing so imagine my disappointment when the main part of the meal was so bad . I have to say i don't think we would return.
