Our timeline changed for our house search and she jumped right on it; even adding a list minute house tour 5 minutes before we would be there. She continued to follow up with us after closing to make sure everything was handled properly. She is the best realtor that we've worked with.

RecommendedI have been with Fonville Morisey Lochmere for 20 years they are a company that cares about our clients and their agents.
Untrustworthy, goes back on their word. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was bidding on a property with another bidder. After given the opportunity to place our final and best offer, my offer was accepted pending some updates to paperwork and sending the earnest money check. The very next day, they reached out to the other party and accepted their revised offer after the final best offer they initially gave. Very unprofessional. Goes back on their word. Never work with them EVER!!!

RecommendedJohnny Green has gone above and beyond to help my fiancé & I find a home that fits our needs. We couldn’t ask for someone nicer, or more helpful! Being from out of the area, it is hard for us to plan ahead, and he has been very accommodating and willing to meet with us on the fly. He has also been very great about trying to educate us on the area. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to rent!
