This evening I had a lovely experience at the L’Occitane store in the Halifax shopping centre. The customer service is exceptional at this location. A shout out to Brianna who helped me with my choice of product - She was knowledgable and friendly and very patient. I highly recommend stopping by and checking out their products. Top-of-the-line quality and it’s worth the visit :-)

I have been a L'Occitane consumer for many years, mostly I purchase it off of the shopping channel. A few months ago I went into the Halifax store location, I received excellent customer service, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very well trained in thier products. This week I ordered from the store through text, a service they offer, and everything arrived beautifully packaged and they even included a thoughtful hand written thank you note!!! Keep up the great work! You have a customer for life!
