I’ve been trying to get a hold of them all day until they closed at four. I’ve emailed them. I’ve called them and everything because I got a message saying I needed to renew my lease. Extremely difficult to work with. Do not use this facility if you want easy access to your belongings. Haley and Liz are extremely rude. Poor customer service. There is nothing "local" about this business. They are based out of Chicago.
