Extremely difficult to work with. Do not use this facility if you want easy access to your belongings. Haley and Liz are extremely rude. Poor customer service. There is nothing "local" about this business. They are based out of Chicago.
The staff was upbeat, pleasant, helpful and kind. I am so glad I called them!!!
