Jaedy took care of every question I had and made arrangements for the lock to be removed from my unit. I lost the keys and needed to have the lock cut off. She arranged everything and someone will come and remove it on Monday the 12th. She did an excellent job. I have only had good experiences with local storage.
Cedric an employee for local storage customer service did an excellent job from the first email I sent till we came to a way I could make my payment and not be late. The outcome was excellent. Payment was made with no problems. Cedric was very understanding and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was considerate and patient. I thank him very much.
We had an awesome experience with the storage unit in Johnstown (Riverside area). We had a climate controlled unit. The unit was clean, the building was clean and the manager (and all of the employees we dealt with) we very friendly and helpful! Not sure what your would be looking for, but the unit and the area was secured, easy to get to, and in a great state of repair (everything worked perfectly). What more could you ask for!
Elen and RJ were very helpful - knowledgeable, professional and great people skills - made the rental easy !!
