Came in to pickup a prescription and there were two men working in the pharmacy, there were two customers waiting in line, one of which left (probably because he wasnt being served). Was waiting with another customer for 5-10 mins. We were not acknowledged in any way. I had to call to the staff to get their attention. I can absolutely understand being busy but ignoring a line up of customers?
I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff at this location
Generally rude, and unhelpful. They make you feel like you’re putting them out if you have questions or don’t know the answer to something. Especially the girl who I assume is the pharmacist. Really too bad because a lot of people feel uncomfortable going up to pharmacists with issues they have that they don’t fully understand as it is, and condescending and rude pharmacists don’t help.
Worst pharmacy staff.
My Prescription was sent to them at 10am, as at 4pm it wasn’t ready. The so called pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional. I had to wait 30mins for my prescription. They don’t deserve any star.
