The Quickie Mart of pharmacies. This location has a different cast of characters each week, each more incompetent than the last. Seldom are Rxs ready for pick up. They are often short filled, requiring the customer to return to get the balance. Consider the irony. The pharmacy charges a $12 dispensing fee to slap a label on something, but have no issue with inconveniencing patients. Called twice, hung up on twice. Require my Covid shot details as it wasn't on the NSApp for immunization shots and the only way to get this information now it to have it faxed somewhere. Not very helpful at all.

I've been using this pharmacy well over 30 years along with my family. I have never experienced such disregard and incompetency as I do here. Since they implemented their new system, prescriptions are not going through to the doctor. I went to the doctor and they said they're not receiving any. I have no idea what is going on, but I'm tempted to switch pharmacies because of this.
Overview: staff service has declined, and walking out after only getting your prescription you is a mildly annoying Staff used to be very nice, there were a few people in particular I got along with and could chat with. In the last half year atleast service has gotten worse, I’ve had family members who have had prescriptions sit on the fax machine till they arrive leading to it not being filled yet.
