Like many others in the reviews, I remember when this used to be a good pharmacy. It’s gone just about as far downhill as you can go. Avoid! Just trying to pick up a simple prescription will ruin your day (it won’t be ready, they’ll be in no rush to fix their mistake, and they’ll be flippant & rude on top of all that). Don’t ruin your day - plenty of other professional establishments in the north end!
What's the point of using phone service to refill your prescription if it's not going to be ready in store? "We can have that ready for you tomorrow". But your phone service said it would be ready today; Don't feel obliged to honor that? Seeya! Find another pharmacy: Gladstone Lawtons, Boyd's on Agricola, Costco, Walmart.
The Quickie Mart of pharmacies. This location has a different cast of characters each week, each more incompetent than the last. Seldom are Rxs ready for pick up. They are often short filled, requiring the customer to return to get the balance. Consider the irony. The pharmacy charges a $12 dispensing fee to slap a label on something, but have no issue with inconveniencing patients. Called twice, hung up on twice. Require my Covid shot details as it wasn't on the NSApp for immunization shots and the only way to get this information now it to have it faxed somewhere. Not very helpful at all.
