Jennifer Chang Galutera took the time to understand what my goals were. She then explained all of my options and the pros and cons of each choice. With this information, I was given the space to ask all of my questions and she was extremely patient in answering them. She was easy to reach. I made the choice best for my family and I felt very informed and confident in the decision. She was a great asset for our refinance and I will be using her for future purchases.
It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Ibarra on our recent home purchase. We had been working with another lending company but were displeased with their timeliness and professionalism, so we started researching other options. Mr. Ibarra was a breath of fresh air during a very stressful time. His turn around time was impeccable and he made the process very smooth. We went into closing fully aware of all of the costs associated with our purchase and were not left feeling surprised by excess or hidden fees.
