LoanLock and Jennifer Chang were great. I went off the positive reviews online and I'm glad I did. The refinance went smoothly and the rates and closing fees were the lowest I found.
I inquired about LoanLock after finding it through BankRate.com. Kruti called me about five minutes after I submitted the form on the LoanLock website, and the rest was a breeze. She was easy to work with and very responsive. Kruti provided a pre-approval letter within a couple of days, which came in handy for our offer. Perhaps most importantly, she was able to assist us in securing a rate nearly a HALF POINT(!) better than anything we could find locally. LoanLock beat all of our expectations, and all because of Patricia Arigullin. The rate was lower than we could find anywhere else, and the loan cost was definitely reasonable/low, but I would not be writing a review for a mortgage company if the service from our advisor wasn't out of the park perfect.
