Patricia and Loanlock made our dreams come true. I was told by some many lenders that the rate and closing costs they were offering wasn't possible. They also told me that the service would be horrible. All of those statements were absolutely false! Patricia answered every call and email. We worked with Israel Ibarra on our recent refi. Due to some complex assets including two trusts and jointly owning property in another state, our refi was anything but cookie cutter. Ron Burton helped us get the very best rates as the rates started moving lower and lower. Ron's initial good faith estimate was a really low rate on a refinance 30 year loan. Between qualifying and close the loan rates dropped another .3%. Ron was able to secure the lower rate and get us an appraisal waiver using our real estate listing. Awesome!
