Refinancing our home mortgage loan was done by the company in a very professional manner. All the personnel I worked with during the whole process were very cordial and knowledgeable. They worked with me far more beyond my expectations. Working with ***** ****** (LoanDepot) was the smoothest experience I have had. They took the time to help and explain everthing to me in detail. I would recommend them to anyone. They went over and beyond. They made my first time home buying perfect. Being able to do everything on line was great being from out of state made it perfect. It is a pleasure working with them. They were always available to answer and questions I had.

My experience with Loan Depot was excellent, i had 2 individuals from different departments working with me ***** and **** to get my refinancing approved, they both were very knowledgeable, patient and comforting through the process. I would recommend Loan Depot to anyone wishing to buy a home or refinance a home they were outstanding

First time using loanDepot. It was a smooth process, just wish there was more communication with regards to explaining the documents that were sent my way to sign or review. I just like to know what is going on and what I am signing to be explain to me. I do like that if I had any questions was able to reach out either by email or phone call.

Loan Depot did a great job with my refinance. ***** answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. He provided helpful information to assist me in making the best decisions for my situation. Once the application process was started ******* was there to help at every step. She quickly respoded to my emails and phone calls, and is very knowlegeable about each step of the process.I am completely satisfied with the services of Loan Depot and would recommend them to anyone who is qualified for refinancing of a mortgage.

Attempted to check rates online- selected a button that says ***** HERE TO SEE RATES and was scammed. This company will not stop harassing me. I have blocked their number but continue to have voicemails show ** in my inbox daily from this company. I answered a couple of times only to have no one there.... they robo call and then if you answer expect you to wait on the line for someone to be there.Had someone been there the first time - I probably would have had a conversation with them. Starting from my initial request if information till the very end of funding, Loan Depot has done an excellent, effective and a overall great job on the process. A job well done, I can't find any negative part of it. The whole process took about two weeks!"
