Customer support is always professional and efficient, and the loan officers during a refinance are knowledgeable and great to work with. Was referred to Loandepot by a friend. Initially, it was excellen experience as loan consultant was very helpful, responsive. When loan reached loan processing department, nightmare started! Loan processor is rude, not knowledgeable, doesn't go through the paperwork correctly, looses paperwork that sent to her. Because of her doing, underwriter did not have enough time to process the loan within the time frame of the locked rate and Loandepot were planning to charge additional fees.
