These guys were really great very little to do on our part
I went through ********** for a traditional mortgage and they were a pleasure to work with. Their website was easy to use, my assigned agent was wonderful through the whole process, and I never had any issues with getting the answers to the questions I had. Caveat:My partner and I both have above average credit scores.

My experience was great. The agent was very consistent with communicating with me and kept me updated with the timeline. I was very grateful that I was assigned an agent and she walked me through the process from beginning to end.
The **** officer didnt send my closing documents at all ! The closing agent showed up at my home to do our paperwork and had to explain everything without any time to review Or question material. So much for having closing documents three days prior to closing by law.
We are confident we went with the right company on our refi. ****** ********** explains everything calmly and makes sure you understand while listening to what you want and finding the best plan for you. Very pleased with Loan Depot
