I used ********* to refinance my home and had a great experience. They made the entire process very simple and easy to navigate. They remained in constant contact with me and were always available to answer questions that I had. I highly recommend Loan Depot.
Friendly and very communicative. Got a great rate and everything was done right. Their online interface for uploading the necessary documentation was very easy to use. I just wish that they asked for all documentation items right up front rather than "We need this," "Now we need this," "We also need this," "And now we need this." It wasnt until we turned everything in paperwork wise on our end that we started getting the run around. Excellent service and a very easy, up to date verification platform that integrates banking, document upload and updates. The appraisal I felt was too conservative but I think that is indicative of the current bubble and the bank's need to protect themselves with ***** foreclosures on the horizon. All in all, though, the easiest refinance experience ever. "
