I’m here to echo concerns about timely security deposit returns from LMS owned properties. I moved out from Birmingham’s Tower on Tenth in January and my deposit has not been returned yet, in violation of Alabama state law. This seems to be a systemic problem, in addition to a lack of care and competent management at the properties themselves. Please consider carefully before renting from a property owned by LMS.
I've been calling the phone number listed since Friday with NO answer. I applied to one of your properties two months ago and I'm still waiting to get my deposit back. No one seems to have any answers and it's very much frustrating. I would hate to take further measures but it seems that's what I'm going to have to do. This is so unprofessional and a major inconvenience.
