I have a lot of experience in dealing with LMM Properties. They are the worst management company I ever meet and dealt with in my life. The finances are never right. Money shuffles around constantly LMM also hires the same people repeatedly. One person has 2 companies at least that work on this property. I find that disturbing. Weird things are going on with all the companies they use. The same ones repeatedly. Never seeks bids on these jobs. I have a situation and LMM has been looking for people to do for the last 3 years!!... read more
