Such kind staff! I got a new puppy recently and brought him in with me to pay my bills and LMCU sent me a handwritten card saying how cute he was and even put $10 in my savings to get him some treats so very thoughtful and kind! Thank you to the staff at LMCU on 68th
Tried four times to get a statement that showed account closed. Still waiting.
I have been banking here for a LONG time. Never had a single issue until one check from my employer got flagged for an unknown reason. It was a legitimate check. And then because of that they decided to treat me like a criminal and tell me they are “Unwilling” to release a $2500 check that was supposed to cover medical bills. Lmcu used to care about its members but unfortunately it seems we are all just numbers again. If you want quality banking and hassle free services, this is not the bank for you.
