Tried four times to get a statement that showed account closed. Still waiting.
I have been banking here for a LONG time. Never had a single issue until one check from my employer got flagged for an unknown reason. It was a legitimate check. And then because of that they decided to treat me like a criminal and tell me they are “Unwilling” to release a $2500 check that was supposed to cover medical bills. Lmcu used to care about its members but unfortunately it seems we are all just numbers again. If you want quality banking and hassle free services, this is not the bank for you.
A branch notary messed up important paperwork. Branch manager Janice outright refused to acknowledge the mistakes. Would not trust LMCU with any financial or other services.
LOVE the Credit Union. Nice tellers very helpful. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait because the tellers do both drive thru And lobby. They will also make recommendations for earning more interest, offers for discounts. I haven't discovered Everything they can do.. YET. But go in...meet the tellers, have a relationship with them...you won't regret it.
Horrible. The ATM took my cash. Do not trust. Have to go through a lot of hoops to get my money back now.
