So slow, drive thru here is slow service every single time. Friendly enough just takes them forever to come to the service window.
We've had pretty good luck over here anyway, but it's nice having a reminder (even/especially when you're resolving issues) how good people can turn your day around and help when you need it. I hope I getting the right name when I say thanks Kiersten!
