A branch notary messed up important paperwork. Branch manager Janice outright refused to acknowledge the mistakes. Would not trust LMCU with any financial or other services.
LOVE the Credit Union. Nice tellers very helpful. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait because the tellers do both drive thru And lobby. They will also make recommendations for earning more interest, offers for discounts. I haven't discovered Everything they can do.. YET. But go in...meet the tellers, have a relationship with them...you won't regret it.
Horrible. The ATM took my cash. Do not trust. Have to go through a lot of hoops to get my money back now.
Staying on drive-thru for more than 15 minutes when no one infront of me Very bad
The staff here are always super friendly and helpful. When I needed an auto loan I was helped through the process and it was explained super well and I had a new truck the same day! Once when my identity was stolen I was able to get all of my money back in a timely manner and they really helped to keep me calm. Thanks to the staff here at 68th Street LMCU!
