Lloyd's gave exceptional service when trying to eradicate my ant infestation. Despite being engaged for the initial visit for an annual quarterly contract, their cheerful specialists returned 5 additional times due to an entrenched colony of ants. They even vacuumed the open beam ceiling. All this at no additional cost and utilizing more treatments. They are a stellar company.

Horrible customer service. Very hard to schedule a visit after paying. They were going to do a second extermination and the agent that was assigned to me was non responsive although it’s a text message communication channel, not email. I needed to reschedule and no response from them. It was like talking to yourself. For the price they charge just take your money somewhere with quicker turnaround times and better agents.
Great service and the technicians are always nice and informative.
