Loved the commentary that Dr. Mackenzie gave as she filled my tooth. Put me into the picture of what was going on.
I really don't enjoy going to the dentist, but I needed a deep cleaning. I found the experience to be very good. The staff was friendly, professional and competent. I hope my follow-up appointments and procedures run just as smoothly and successful.

I would like to know ahead of time how long I can expect my appointment to take so I can schedule other events on that day. A better explanation of the planned procedure for the next appointment would be good. It would be best if all of this information is given at the end of the appointment or included on the paperwork
When the novicaine was administered, the dental assistant tapped me on the shoulder. This should have been explained before she started tapping. Also, I was not aware that my appointment would be almost two hours. That is something that needs to be conveyed to patients when the appointment is set up. Thanks for great service!
