Everyone - Trish at the front desk, Taylor in the operatory, and Dr. Mackenzie - greeted me in such a warm and friendly way, and yet were impressively professional and efficient in reviewing my history and specific circumstance. I was very (positively) impressed with everyone in the office that I had contact with. Dr Mackenzie was so kind and careful, taking all the time necessary to replace my crown securely, and adjust my bite perfectly. The entire team is super. Dr. Mac (Susan) is terrific. How about a margarita machine???? LOL.
Dr. McKenzie and her team are very friendly, communicative and informative. I applaud their endeavor to make everyone feel welcomed and appreciate how they personalize their care.
Barbara was terrific! Her explanation of how to improve my brushing was very helpful. The model of teeth with a camera really drove home not to drag my toothbrush back and forth. I was very impressed that the flat screen TV showed the patient the X-rays. As Barbara reviewed my x-rays, she talked me through what she was seeing. This is a advanced practice, with Dr. Mackenzie and her staff keeping up on the latest equipment and techniques.
Dr. Mackenzie and Barbara always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone is friendly and thorough. I drive over an hour for every appointment. I definitely reccommend them to all friends and family
Dr. M, Aaron, Trish and Barb are fantastic, best people skills and professional attitude I have ever encountered in a Family Dental environment. No longer do I have a fear of going to a dentist.
