I am writing to thank your entire staff for the excellent care our daughter received during our 3 weeks stay in Raleigh North Carolina. My daughter last Surgery was the worst, she ended up with a deadly infection, and when she went on line and found Dr. Hey, it was such a blessing. When we came to Hey Clinic, starting with the courteous receptionist, nurses, X-ray technician, doctor assistant billing staff and any I miss presented themselves in a positive, professional manner. Dr. Hey and his staff are great! I had a previous fusion that didn’t take. I decided to try another doctor, did some research and found Dr. Hey. The very first visit was wildly different with Dr. Hey. He was 100% committed to me and my wife, very knowledgeable, comforting, and took as much time as we needed. He was very informative and professional. He had great patience with my son and was very knowledgeable and understanding.
Dr. Hey and his staff spent a lot of time with me going over my MRI and Xray. He explained everything to me carefully and is working with me on non-surgical approaches to stenosis and other causes of my pain. I am glad to have a doctor who is not quick to jump to surgery.
All of Dr. Hey's staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hey spent a lot of time with me explaining options for the tx of my scoliosis. I left the office feeling that I actually had some options and a viable tx plan, unlike other consultations I have had with other orthopedic docs. His combined background in engineering and medicine is unique and very practical for the tx of significant back deformities.
Dr. Hey is a gifted and brilliant surgeon. He is patient, knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Hey has been a blessing to my life. If you have suffered for years with spine issues Dr. Hey is your answer.
Dr. hey didn’t do my spine surgery, but has taken over my post surgical care. Dr. Hey and his office staff are very pleasant and caring. If I ever need any more surgery, he would definitely be my first choice.
