We were disappointed with our experience with Rob Routledge during the purchase of our property. Rob tried to sell us a property that did not have an occupation certificate at the time, and did not disclose this to us. He also made many false promises just to get the sale over the line which were not delivered.
A good experience . The entire process was smooth ,professional with attention to detail which was a great feeling especially when we had to manage things from inter state.
LJ Hooker are not worth the headache. If you want a Real Estate agent to manage your property and do nothing, these are the agents for you. - Incorrect Statements - Incorrect Quotes and Invoices - Incorrect Communication - Missing Linen and Bedding - Property Left Unclean between Stays I guess you could say, nothing was really done right...
