Fun fitness with a one of kind, insipring girl. I couldn't ask for a better trainer and instructor than Liz.
As the inaugural winner of a month of free classes, I have had the best combo of full - on allover workouts with fun and inspiring trainers. Spin with Liz and KFC with Mike and Lainie were awesome. Can't wait to try more! :D

Liz is not only a great trainer she is an awesome motivator and listener. She pays attention to your needs and your body. She makes sure your moves are correct so you don't injure yourself. She keeps your mind and body strong. Liz has the best personality of any trainer on the seacoast!
