Today I took my first ever spin party class with Liz and I will most definitely be back. Her enthusiasm is infectious and really helps to keep the momentum going. I am new to spinning and Liz was very helpful before class started in showing me how to set up my bike, how to adjust the tension, proper posture, etc. She also kept tabs on me during the class, while seamlesslely instructing, and made sure I felt comfortable, which I really appreciated. LizFit offers an awesome variety of classes as well as different times to accommodate different jobs. I started with Liz over 6 years ago with one on one training and then started her group classes a couple years ago and love it. Everyone is beyond friendly and the environment she creates is very comfortable for all fitness levels.
