I literally just took my furl st class yesterday (kickboxing For Life) I had such an amazing time. I was a little late, but was welcomed instantly. I had help wrapping my hands and the killer workout. The club is adorable and I can't wait to go to my next class!! I'm so glad I found this place, thanks to my friends Ashleigh!!! I highly recommend anyone that loves this lifestyle.. (Meaning fun, friendly, exciting workouts) U take a walk into Spinnaker Recreation! ! U will not be disappointed!
Hooked on Spin and Kick Boxing! The instructors challenge, inspire, and push you to be your best! Never had so much fun working out!
