They put some one out two again the mess still out front. On top that they don't fix anything this property has gone down
Unprofessional , lazy, and worthless is the three words i would use to describe this new company over these apartments. Truly miss when Ms. Jackie was here and Ken was the maintenance man. But lets get to the nitty gritty. Yall evicted a neighbor 2 WEEKS AGO and the furniture is still out here causing rodents and pest problem. We cant even have people over because of the smell and the look of this being in the walk way. Its also hazardous a night because its right next to the gate and farrington were people walk back in fort... read more

Tasha is one the nicest property managers I’ve ever dealt with and her willingness to assist with questions or issues is top notch. She’s easy to reach and always has a pleasant attitude. Maintenance can be a little slow but I was told they are working to resolve that. All in all, I’ve had no major issues here and no rodents!!
The staff here at Livingston Oaks are in deed very pleasant as well as efficient to getting any/ all that is needed in a timely fashion. The officer manager Tasha is a sweetheart always smiles and helpful rather she's on site or not 5 stars if I'd say
