I have been attending Living Well since 2011. My initial experience with the first psychiatrist was challenging due to a problematic situation. However, the owner handled it professionally by swiftly addressing the issue and terminating that psychiatrist. I was warmly encouraged to stay, and my care was seamlessly transferred to their main doctor. When he retired, I decided to continue at Living Well and switched to Kristina, who has been phenomenal. My doctor left the practice and I was informed that in result I would have to see the female provider that over medicated me in 2023. I asked to speak with the office manager for a solution. This week I was advised that my medication had been sent to the pharmacy. I went into the pharmacy today to find that the provider sent in the wrong medication for me take
