Would love to give 0 stars but not an option. I do not understand how they can have an A+ they have the worse customer service ever. Was promised sofas in 2-4 weeks and due to covid it was delayed...understandable however it went oh no 4-6 weeks, oh 6-8 weeks, oh no 8-9 weeks, oh no 10-11 weeks. Let's be clear still no couch. Nobody reaches out they send the same generic emails to everyone with more empty promises and they do not care who they affect. 0 stars honestly is generous

Livingspace Roseville store Adrian Williams the manager is a crook so is the company,.They deliver a new bed without the mattresses and said they do not know when they will come in. So we have a bed with no mattress. They will send another mattress to deliver they were the wrong kind and they were stain. and they do want to do anything about taking care of the problem.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Like many of the other reviews, we ordered a couch at the beginning of September. We were quoted 8-10 weeks, and were told numerous times by the sales associate that the 8-10 weeks would include any potential delays with the manufacturing. We're now on week 12 and after spending an entire week trying to get in contact with anyone in customer service, we're told that it will be an additional 5 weeks before new estimates delivery date. The furniture is cheaply made. I had the same sectional delivered three times and it was broken three different ways (more on this later). The instructions for building furniture are SO bad the company they contract to deliver and build furniture built my bed wrong, causing it to break the first night I used it. By the way, I had to talk to three different managers to get a refund of the fee they charge to deliver and build furniture AFTER IT WAS BUILT WRONG AND BROKE. Ridiculous. I am literally devastated on how living spaces treated me and my family yesterday I had ordered my dream couches I waited 10 weeks two weeks extra I understand the situation that's going on with the virus so I had no problem with that when I had ordered the couches I had told the sales girl please note that I live in the mountains and that I have stairs to make sure that they send someone they can carry my three couches up the stairs she said not a problem. I would give them a 0 stars if allowed. No communication and took deposits without ever providing a delivery date. This is simply fraud. They have money from a lot of people but have shown no signs of delivering those products. This needs to be addressed ASAP.

We ordered a special order sectional, ottoman, and chair July 3rd and were told it would be 6-7 weeks to receive. After 14 weeks, we finally got our sectional and ottoman...but no chair. Today it has been 18 weeks since our order was placed and was told that the chair is missing and needs to be reordered. I was told that they would give me a credit of $100 bringing the price down to $850 for the chair and it would be ELEVEN TO TWELVE WEEKS to receive it. No thank you! I have yet to receive any of my items (2 weeks after the latest delivery date they gave me). They have a convoluted delivery process that they outsource to another company so you have to call them about where your items are and no one can give to an estimate shipping date, just that they will contact you when the item comes in. Just hoping none of my items arrived damaged/I don't want to return anything because I can't imagine dealing with their return process.

Ordered an item August 2nd 2020 was told 7-8 weeks for delivery. I am still waiting and it is week 14 and no item received. Called Living Spaces they have no answer on when my item will be received. They continue to give me the run around.
