THIS COMPANY IS BORDERING ON CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR! I placed an order on 4/1/2022 in the amount of $1,607.20 and changed my mind after seeing reviews about the company. I called to cancel the order within 24 hours on 4/2/2022. The first customer service representative told me he could not cancel the order because it had already left the warehouse. I purchased in 12/2022 and I have yet to receive all my parts to my bedset which my mattress is sitting on the bedroom floor. It is now 4/14/2022. I have contacted them on multiple occasions and have not had this resolved.

I will never buy from Living Spaces again. I ordered a daybed on Jan 26, 2022. I was told I would have it in March by the salesperson (LIE)....then I was told I would be called between March 16 -30 which I never was. I have called and sent messages every other day (in April) and nobody can give me any definitive info, all they keep saying is "special orders take a few months" - and that it should be arriving to their warehouse between April 7-21 and then maybe I'll know when my ETA is. Horrible customer service. When I dealt with them in store I was totally sold. Online not so much. Merchandise does not arrive when expected. No one calls to advise it's late or when it might arrive. I cancelled the order but could only get a refund 5 to 7 days after the merchandise got back to the warehouse but their shipper wouldn't return it. Then the supervisor tells me all the other supervisors were wrong, I won't be refunded for 4 to 6 weeks. Scam artists and I am in the USA.

This company is horrible. When I first ordered the sleeper, I explained that I needed it by 4/14/22 as I had out of town guests arriving and would need to rent furniture if it didn't arrive. I have called them constantly as I was concerned about the delivery. This morning I was told not to worry. When I asked if it had been shipped, they said "no". I told them it would be impossible to get this within 3 days if it hadn't been shipped and that I needed to cancel and rent furniture. They told me there was a 25% cancellation fe... read more

I have a very new couch which is pilling in an abnormal way. Living Spaces basically let me know that they do not stand behind their products. The price is reasonable, the quality is very low
