Living Spaces is a JOKE! They take FOREVER getting you your stuff and you can't track it to see when it will arrive until the day of delivery. So you have to wait up to 8wks for your furniture without knowing when it will be ready. Then when you finally get your products they have flaws! I bought a table from them that easily chips. Then stupidly I ordered a living room set from them as well. It came with a neon yellow stain and a broken piece on one couch. Then the other couch they didn't provide legs with it. racist and unprofessional. We purchased a dresser and were told we could pick it up immediately after purchase. The we get to the back door for pickup and told we had to wait an hour to pick it up. I went back in to talk to a manager and he told me we couldn't pick it up until after 12. In the mean time a white couple pulls up and picks up their order at 11:35. 21 minute wait time right now on the customer service phone number waiting 3 months to get the vibration device replaced in my bed please do not shop here they have no customer service and their warranty is a lie I am fed up with them I can't believe I bought anything from them buyer beware
Zero stars. Would not buy from them again. They lied about products to get a sale. Only have a seven day return policy but takes longer than that to get items delivered. Now I have hundreds of dollars worth of products I purchased from them that I not only can't but the items would damage my home. Never trust or buy from them.
This was my first experience with Living Spaces and it was extremely disappointing. Yes, the furniture is amazing in store but the company itself has horrible customer service. We bought our couch and set a delivery date. The soonest available was 2 weeks from that date, which was fine. Gave us plenty of time to request the day off work and also sell our current furniture to make space for the new one. I would give them no stars if I could. The sales experience was fine. The delivery was a nightmare. I got a call at 6:47AM saying my furniture would be here in 30 minutes. You're fortunate I was awake. They showed up 45 minutes later at 7:30am and sat there in their truck until I went outside and asked them why they were just sitting there. My husband and I purchased a $1300 sofa from the San Leandro store, only after being assured by the sales associate that it was available and in stock. This was a must for us. The transaction was made on 6/20/20 and a delivery timeline of 7/6 - 7/15 was given. Unfortunately I can't leave a 0. I am very disappointed with Living Spaces and the service I receive there. I purchased a couch 2 years ago and noticed the other day the underlayment was falling off and deteriorating to the touch and staining anything it landed on. I went to the Living Spaces in Fremont Ca. and a very helpful associate did inform me that Living Spaces 1 year warranty was over.
