Bought rocking chair for $800 and a few days after a year it starts making a squeaky noise from inside the chair, cannot acces that part to spray w40 and nobody will help because it's been "past the 1 year warranty", so now when i rock my baby to sleep i listen to loud squeaking

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I saw a chair in their store that I thought I liked and loved the color, I had another appointment so I decided to order on line when I got home. I went on line found the chair, the color I wanted came up as the default color so I ordered. I splurged on a sofa from Living Spaces in ************, **. I purchased the sofa on July 14, 2022. I received the "it's on its way" message on August 24, 2022. The first scheduled delivery date was August 31, 2022. It was to be delivered by a separate delivery service. They had the address wrong. Worst experience ever. They refused to deliver my custom furniture any other way then a drop off with no signature. Offered no solution, and I was willing to pay whatever they wanted for a in home delivery. The agents aren't given any ability to assist and just keep stating company policy. If the s**** up they have a million ways to get off it, and continue to charge along the way.

I purchased a sofa set which came with stains and very poorly made. It looks like it was made at a local bad upholstery shop. The finishing is very bad. Looks cheap.! Nothing like the Showroom pieces. I'm very upset and getting depressed by looking at it every day.

I placed an order for Bed and mattress at Living Spaces ******** using a *************** financing. The day of delivery came, the installer said we have the mattress but not the bed. So they did not deliver it. I called and called customer service with no resolution success. Then same night i went to Living Spaces in Person and explained them what happened. This is the worst service and Delivery that I have received I have a Bed delivered with broken rails for which a rescue was created in 7th July and was promised to be to be relived to me on 9th July and was not delivered and again was scheduled for delivery 29th October which was again declined again I have been waiting for this almost 3 months for had seen twice been declined for delivery on the delivery Date.
