We ordered furniture on February 19. We are still awaiting our delivery. There is now communication between customer service and the transportation company. Everyone understands and is sorry when you call but nothing is done. We have been in our home for two weeks now no bed no couches it is unacceptable. Processed my third claim again this morning and still nothing. We keep getting notifications it is on its way but you look up the tracking and it says delayed. I very much dislike this company. Tried to order the couch and just change the fabric, they hit me with a 20% fee just for wanting to change the fabric. Also, when I left a review that didnt look favorably at their customer service, they decided not to show it. Says so much about this company. I am glad I dodged a bullet.

Delivered my entertainment center with no handles. They said they would deliver them already minimum of 6 times. I have taken off work 6 times and no one has showed up each time or call to say they were not coming. **************** tells me they are reaching out to the warehouse and again I dont get no call back. I will leave a bad review every time they say they are delivering and they dont show up. They need to start reimbursing me for the time I have missed work to stay at home to receive the items they have no delivered.

After review of the account, it appears the handles are not stored in our warehouse and have to be ordered and shipped directly from the manufacture. The parts can take up to 3 months to arrive. Horrible customer service!! I bought ******************** for mostly all of my home. They messed up on my sectional and ordered the incorrect configuration and I was left with one piece. When they finally reached out to me I ordered a piece that would fit the one that was left because I was told that if I returned it I would be charged 25% fee. I received the new piece and it looks horrible. I called again and was told there was nothing they could do. I am stuck with an almost **** dll sectional that I absolutely hate!

If you're looking to lose money and have the worst buying experience then this is the company. Had two sectionals ordered with them. In first case they delivered it after a month but they couldn't fit it in the elevator. The box was too big because of the pillows etc. so I asked them to open the box and try to fit it but they refused. They took it back, and after multiple calls and emails returned money minus 10% restocking fee (why, if I didn't unpack or even touch it?).After that I decided to cancel my second order. I will never again purchase anything from Living Spaces! Purchased a fabric couch with left facing chaise with additional warranty other than manufacturer warranty - both were useless! A few months after the purchase, the couch cover started to pill and cushions are lumpy like pillows. The frame also is unstable. Horrible customer service. I paid $99 for full service delivery (supposed to build the bed frame in the room) and they left it in the entry way in the cardboard box.I needed someone to sleep in the bed that night and had to scramble and overpay to find someone to build it that afternoon. To add insult to injury, they refuse to refund my $99 fee for full service delivery (entryway delivery in the box was supposed to be free). I will no longer be ordering from this company

I purchased a bed online. It was bed as a whole. They brought the headboard footboard and one rail. So the bed could not be assembled. They made me pay an additional 318 dollars to bring out another side rail to put the full bed together. It is false advertising to sell a bed but make you purchase it in halves after delivery.

Horrible experience with customer service and ********************************************* overall. Bought a bed with installation. Only realized later that the installation people have left out important pieces of the bed and they even cracked some of the boards due to bad assembly. Additionally I noticed the poor material used for the bed. They refuse to take care of the issue because I noticed their fault after 7 days. Don't trust their "expert" installation service.
