Poor quality, lack of respect for the customer, manipulative, shoddy 3rd party delivery. A nightmare. Run away, don't even think about buying anything here. You will deeply regret it.

I received a damaged part piece of a sectional, living spaces have replaced it, but they refused to take back the broken piece. It is big and i cant move it or get rid of it without paying a company to take it away. It was delivered like this, never used. What terrible customer service

I purchased a dining table (top and base) that was 1. delivered damaged and 2. contained identical base-legs, therefore making full assembly of the damaged table impossible. I informed Living Spaces immediately, forwarding photographs of the damage as requested. Living Spaces agreed to refund the purchase price 11 days ago, noting that the refund could take 5-7 business days to post. In the event a customer report damage, defects or imperfections within 7 days of delivery or pickup they are given the option of an exchange, a discount to keep the item as is and or a return for a full discount. We can honor a discount to keep the item as-is, however, in order for the guest to receive a full refund they are required to return the table.

I purchased a dining room table that had many terrible reviews to begin with (Magnolia Home Prairie Dining Table By *************************). I should have listen to them as my table was also delivered damaged as others had mentioned. I tried to reorder the item and it had been dropped from their collection so they cancelled my replacement order (3 times). I purchased a bedroom set consisting of bed frame, 2 nightstands, chest with drawers, and armoire back in June. The bed frame bows when my bed is placed on it. They lost my night stand and chest of drawers. When those items finally arrived were broken along with a mirror that is attached to the armoire. I purchased a $1,500 area rug which in a matter of days was unraveling and filling a vacuum cleaner container on low speed. A stain which should have been easy to remove cannot be removed. The company does not warranty (accessories) despite the fact it was only purchased a few weeks ago. The company is refusing to be of any assistance or provide manufacturer information. Off to Small Claims Court!

I purchased a sofa 13 months ago along with a useless warranty. I submitted a claim because the couche stitching was tearing. Care free denied the claim stating it was normal wear and tear, but in reality it is a bad quality product. I contacted Living Spaces, they did not offer any solutions stating the manufacturers warranty had expired. This was not a small purchase we made, hence ** buying the insurance. Most of our furniture comes with a 1yr limited manufactures warranty, in the event the guest experiences an issue outside of the manufactures warranty and they have the protection plan, we direct them to file a claim with Carefree directly. I recently ordered a sectional sofa off of Livingspaces and when the product was delivered it was already broken. Upon calling the company they only gave me two options: 1) have to wait a whole month to get a replacement piece (mind you that the sofa is completely inoperable and just sitting in my apartment) or 2) Take a 20% discount on the couch that I had spent thousands for. If I could give this place a 0 I would. I ordered an item in July - their website said it couldn't come for 4 weeks. Okay that's fine, I understand supply chain issues right now. Well at the end of August, after the date the item was scheduled to come I reached out to Living Spaces to ask what was going on.
