I arrived for my haircut at 10:50am and confirmed at the front desk on the ipad. Waited for over an hour when the barber I signed up for cancels my appointment while I'll sit there in front of him and doesn't say a word to me. (I have the email cancelation to prove it.) Very respectful. Thanks for nothing #livininthecutbarbershop

Jen, can you please give me more details on this occurrence. We have just implemented this new online booking system less than a month ago and are trying to hash out all of the bugs.
